  build notes after sign offs. 

• Design and execute test plans using formulaic 
  spreadsheets with detailed and bespoke cases. 

• In depth understanding of game development process, 
  involved in multiple projects from pre-alpha to release.  

• Lead teams of up to 16 testers prioritizing, delegating and 
  overseeing daily testing. 

• Train and mentor junior and mid-level QA testers. Giving 
  constructive feedback, allowing shadowing, and helping 
  with development in a one-to-one setting.
